Mount Kinabalu Part 4

The starting stage of this climbing is at the Timpohon gate. So every climbers must show their name tag to the person who in charge at the Timpohon Gate. Before this walking climbing started. The guide first of all, gives a little briefing to the all of the climbers for safety and make sure nobody gonna lost at Kinabalu Park jungle.

The first hut that you will arrive around 30 minutes to 45 minutes is Kandis Hut. Many of the climbers still didn't feel any pain (or is not abig challange to arrive this first hut) many of the climbers still feel fresh not tired at all.

Mount Kinabalu Part 3

Around 6 in the morning we all already wake up and make a preparation for climb the mountain.
Before walking to National Park we have a little exercise to prevent from muscle injury while climbing the mountain

Mount Kinabalu Part 2

My journey to climb Mount Kinabalu actually taking 3 days 2 nights. So we didn't directly climb the mountain on the first day but we stay one night at Anna lodge, Around 2oo m from National Park junction.

At Day 1 what we doing are, we going to National Park Office for the registration. Then we going to Anna lodge. At the night we have a little activity what we call it as BBQ (Ba- Bi - Q)

Mount Kinabalu Part 1

Before i'm telling you all about my experience while climbing the Mount Kinabalu, First of all i wanna give you all the story about me.. choosing my climbing shoe. If i say before i will use adidas kampung to climb the Mount Kinabalu..... but at the last minute i change my mind and buy THIS shoe.

why i didn't use the adidas kampung? one of my experience friend, who many already climb this mountain said to me that if you use the adidas kampung shoe, you leg will feel very cold. So, that why i buy that shoe from Bata Shop. It's very comfortable, and suitable to use it for climbing mountain and also have a very good grip.

Where is catege....

where is catega go... somebody tell us.....

Actually last week and a few days back catega have a outstation jobs that why no new post.
But last sunday i have go to nabalu to make a preparation for my mission to climb mount kinabalu.
And there is a lot of experience that i got while driving to nabalu.

First:

Car accident involving a kancil and wira, the road is slippery because of the rainy day

Second:

Various types of "beras" there is red "beras", black and white "beras" but the more important is this Beras have a fragrance and make us become more appetite

Third:

Local product, hand made delicious.... and cheap only have in Sabah. Tuhau, Bosou, Bambangan and Honey
