Healthy model

How we can choose a healthy model. Just recently my department, school of health science doing this activity, healthy model:

What we doing on this "competition" is very different compare America's next top model, or man hunt:

source:www.folk.is

there is no man and woman category... what counts is your health. The "jury" will check on the blood pressure, BMI (body mass index), blood type adn urine test of the contestant. You can see at the first pic all the test we doing for searching the healthy model.

my photographer also join in this contest, he also a part time model.
Can he win? just wait.

the yellow shirt said "why you doing you job very slow, i feel sleepy "
the black t-shirt said "ooohhh... is that how we doing when check a blood"
(sorry pat)

"am to tall, i'm afraid to lose in this qualifying round. Please miss..."

"i can win it, i'm thin enough can be a good model"

the urine section... or the smelly section

"it's hard to choose"

Sabah The Mix Culture State

Many people knew Sabah as The Land Below The Wind and also when asking about what their know about Sabah? their will tells about Mount Kinabalu (yeah!! i already climbed it). But something that people may be didn't sense is about their culture, their mix culture. Because people in Sabah is always open-minded (i think..) so inter-racial marriage always occur in here. And i agree with Datuk Dr Maximmus Ongkili been said in his article recently about inter-racial status in Sabah and Sarawak.

The wedding day

For example..... at the early of September my friend sister who is chinese mix with kimaragang had married with Bajau guy.

Don't believe it? here the pictures...

This ceremony they call it as "Malam mandi bedak"
(bathing with powder night)
Look to the beuatiful lady in pic, she is my friend sister
(chinese mix kimaragang)

and see the lucky man in picture, he is Bajau

clear view

my friend hand (taking picture use his nokia handphone)

What can i say here is Sabah is a trully multiracial state in Malaysia. Many people in Sabah if you ask about they race, they will answer you like this "i'm mix", and sometimes, is difficult to differentiate the faces is it chinese or kadazan dusun or chinese mix kadazan dusun which is we call it as sino kadazan dusun.

Cuti-cuti Malaysia. Holiday in Malaysia where the friendly people waits for you....
