Doing training in your own place is economy but may be not motivated.... so that mean we doing the training just to fulfill our planning but not considered the quality and result of the training to the staff.....

Doing training at resort or outside from your working area is a good idea... it can give your staff motivation and refresh there mind...... also your can build a strong relationship through this training (team building)...... But normally when talking about doing training outside .... we will talking about the cost also.... many people say that training outside for example go to resort is very expensive..... but they wrong actually we can do this training at very affordable price.... and we can negotiate the price...... like at Beringgis Beach Resort.....
